RETURN POLICY

At WE R RC, we stand behind the products we sell. Because many RC products contain sensitive electronics and components, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure fairness and product integrity.

Please review the policy below before making a purchase.

✅ Eligible Returns

WE R RC accepts returns only if the item is:

• Unused
• Unopened
• In original manufacturer packaging
• In brand new, resalable condition

The product must show no signs of installation, modification, wear, damage, or use.

⏳ Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase.

Requests made after 14 days may be denied at our sole discretion.

📩 Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior approval.

• Reason for return

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. WE R RC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

🔎 Inspection & Refunds

Refunds will not be issued until item(s) are received and inspected.

If the item does not meet return requirements, it may:

• Be refused and returned to sender
• Be subject to a restocking fee
• Be denied a refund

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow reasonable processing time after inspection.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Opened electronics (ESCs, receivers, radios, batteries, chargers, servos, motors)
• Installed or assembled parts
• Special order or custom order items
• Clearance or discounted items
• Fuel, chemicals, adhesives, or consumables
• Gift cards
• Used tires or wheels
• Any item showing use or damage

Due to safety concerns, LiPo batteries are non-returnable once opened.

🔄 Restocking Fee

WE R RC reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 15% on approved returns.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Failure to notify us within 48 hours may limit our ability to assist.
